1. About the business

Ekria offers the LinkedIn Audit, profile optimization, CVs and ghostwriting, and advice related to them.

Ekria is a sole proprietorship run by Emma Karlsved in Jönköping. Approved for F-tax. Contact: emma.karlsved@ekria.se. You receive Ekria’s full contact details, including address, telephone number and organization number, in the quote or order confirmation before the agreement is entered into.

2. Information on the website

The information on the website gives a general picture of Ekria’s services, way of working and offering. It is not in itself a binding offer, unless expressly stated.

3. Requests and contact

When you contact Ekria, an initial assessment is made of your request and of which service or setup may suit you.

A request, a form message or an initial conversation does not mean that a binding engagement has been entered into.

4. Services and scope

The content, price and delivery time of each service are stated on the website. If an engagement needs to be adapted, Ekria confirms the setup, price and timing before the work starts.

An engagement is binding only once you and Ekria have agreed on the setup, scope and price. If you order directly on the website, you receive an order confirmation with an invoice, and the agreement is entered into when you pay it.

5. Prices

The prices on the website show Ekria’s current offering. Prices are final. No VAT is added.

What you paid for the audit is credited if you buy profile optimization or the profile and CV package within a month. If you paid the student price, SEK 1,190 is credited.

The student price applies to anyone who is studying or graduated no more than six months ago, on presentation of proof of enrollment or a diploma. It gives 20% off the audit, the CV, profile optimization and the packages. The student price does not apply to ghostwriting.

A CV and cover letter cost SEK 2,490 together, SEK 2,190 for a CV only and SEK 990 for a cover letter only.

The CV is included in both Swedish and English, and the cover letter is written in the language you choose. You get them as a PDF, or in another format if you like. You get the other language version of the CV when you ask for it, at no cost within a month. It builds on the same content and goal. A CV for a different kind of job counts as a new CV. The audit, profile optimization and ghostwriting are done in Swedish or English, as you choose.

After a consultation, you get a quote and then an invoice. If you order directly, you get an order confirmation with an invoice. You pay the invoice by bank transfer or Swish. You can pay for the audit, the CV, profile optimization and the packages in advance, or half before and half after. Ghostwriting is invoiced one month at a time, in advance. If you want to stop, email Ekria before the next month starts, and no new month is invoiced. The delivery time counts from the first payment and requires that you have answered the questionnaire. If you are a private individual and have not asked Ekria to start during the withdrawal period, the delivery time counts from the day after the withdrawal period ends.

A price stated as a fixed price applies, unless otherwise expressly stated. If a price is stated as a starting price, or if the setup needs to be adapted, Ekria confirms the setup and price before the engagement starts.

6. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

If a consultation, review or other meeting is booked, the time the parties have confirmed applies.

Rescheduling or cancellation must be made as soon as possible. If special terms apply to a particular booking or service, this is stated when the agreement is made.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you buy as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts the day after you and Ekria agreed on the engagement. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, you have until the next weekday.

Ekria does not start work during the withdrawal period unless you expressly ask for it, for example in an email. If you ask Ekria to start and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the work already done. If you have also agreed that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is complete, and the service is fully completed within the withdrawal period, no right of withdrawal remains.

If you want to withdraw from a purchase, use the withdrawal function (Withdraw from contract here), which is also at the bottom of every page. It is also enough to email emma.karlsved@ekria.se. You can also use the model withdrawal form below. You will get back what you have paid no later than 14 days after Ekria has received your notice, less a deduction for the work already done. If the service is already fully completed and you have agreed that the right of withdrawal ends at that point, there is nothing left to withdraw from, and you keep what you have received.

8. Deliveries and liability

Recommendations, texts, analysis and other material are based on the information available when the engagement is carried out and on the agreement between the parties.

In the audit, Ekria goes through the analysis with you again if anything is unclear, and rewrites the list if Ekria has misunderstood your goal. Profile optimization and the CV include two weeks of fine-tuning after the review. In ghostwriting, every draft is adjusted before it is published.

Ekria is not responsible for decisions, publications, business results or other actions that you choose to take based on advice, material or recommendations from Ekria.

If you are not satisfied, contact emma.karlsved@ekria.se as soon as you notice the problem. If you get in touch within two months of noticing it, your complaint is always made in time.

9. Intellectual property

The content on the website, such as texts, design, structure and brand material, belongs to Ekria or is used with permission. It may not be copied, distributed, published or used commercially without written permission, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Once you have paid the full price, the texts you receive are yours. You may use, change and publish them as you wish. Ekria does not show your texts as examples without asking you first.

10. External services and links

The website may contain links to external websites and services, such as LinkedIn. Ekria is not responsible for the content, functionality or processing of personal data on websites that Ekria does not control.

11. Governing law

These terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection legislation also applies.

If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.

12. Changes to the terms

Ekria may update the terms when needed. The latest version is always available here.
