Easy on the eyes, readable by the system
Many companies receive applications through an applicant tracking system that pulls the text out of your CV. The recruiter can then search and sort by the words in the job ad.
If your CV was made from a design template, for example in Canva, with several columns, icons and charts, the system may read the text in the wrong order or miss it completely. Then the recruiter may miss you.
That’s why I tailor your CV so a computer can read it and pick up what the job requires. That doesn’t mean it has to look dull. You get a CV the system understands and that looks well thought out when a person reads it.
